Mac Lean's Charcoal / Maple Blend - 1 lb.

This pellet is interesting. A blend of both charcoal and maple wood.  Charcoal (though also made of wood) is a cleaner burning fuel than raw wood and will produce less smoke than a plain wood pellet. Making charcoal pellets a SUPERB option for those with an aversion to a heavy smoke presence. The skull's experience: This pellet will give you the clean, transparent quality of charcoal. But with the added, mild, round sweetenss of maple. Great on nearly everything, but SUPERB on chicken!
